My Name Andrew Bakatsias and I am simply a coach that cares. I've been coaching for the past 5 years and I honestly love it. I originally got into fitness because I was sick, weak, and always tired. Everyday I felt defeated. I hated getting up in the morning and looked at myself with disgust whenever I walked past a mirror shirtless. My confidence was at an all time low. But one day my best friend invited me to a CrossFit class and everything began to change. I got my ass kicked. . .and I was hooked. Finally I had an outlet and it felt so good to be around people who were on a similar path to me, building better and healthier habits. Eventually I wanted to improve in my workouts, get leaner and stronger, so I began learning about nutrition. I saw improvements and quickly realized how helpful it was to pay attention to your food. . and other people noticed too. They asked me questions and wanted to learn more about how they could apply nutrition principles to their own diet. I began sharing what I was doing and found so much joy helping people that I got certified. The rest is history. . . Coaching individuals has filled my cup the last 5 years and I am looking forward to the next 5!
Andrew has a gift for helping people get deep and uncovering the truth behind their struggles. He helps people break through plateaus not only in the gym but also in their day to day life. We unravel why folks self sabotage, emotionally eat, and feel the need to be "perfect". We bridge the gap between nutrition, fitness, and mindset.
