My Name Andrew Bakatsias and I am simply a coach that cares. I've been coaching for the past 5 years and I honestly love it. I originally got into fitness because I was sick, weak, and always tired. Everyday I felt defeated. I hated getting up in the morning and looked at myself with disgust whenever I walked past a mirror shirtless. My confidence was at an all time low. But one day my best friend invited me to a CrossFit class and everything began to change. I got my ass kicked. . .and I was hooked. Finally I had an outlet and it felt so good to be around people who were on a similar path to me, building better and healthier habits. Eventually I wanted to improve in my workouts, get leaner and stronger, so I began learning about nutrition. I saw improvements and quickly realized how helpful it was to pay attention to your food. . and other people noticed too. They asked me questions and wanted to learn more about how they could apply nutrition principles to their own diet. I began sharing what I was doing and found so much joy helping people that I got certified. The rest is history. . .
